Again, there's a picture here with these answers which is citrus sorbet (pictures orange sorbet with oranges and a syrup drizzle) for Ferris, and ginger cookie (with chunks of cookie mixed into the ice cream) for Szelek.

Ferris's favorites are a sweet custard tart with fresh fruit (and a lil drizzle of powdered sugar) and a savory stuffed mushroom. Szelek loves a sweet iced jam cookie and savory "blood" sausage. Midnas loves the sweet taste of 'kinky lush of a straight-laced public sector figure' and the savory tang of 'fearful embarrassment'.

Clothing-wise there's not much cultural influence as they've both lived in Fuelen for a while and adapted to the norms there. Szelek does still prefer dark colors and clothes that don't restrict movement too much. Ferris just cares about showing off his "assets".
