That's definitely some funky magic on the pendant Szelek is wearing. People don't just stop perceiving him, they forget about him entirely. But also... what does the note say!? <3
Panel 1: Aera turns away from Szelek while laughing to herself at his earlier blushing. Szelek is now glowing white again and looking at the note and tickets he has removed from the envelope.
Panel 2: Szelek moves off screen, as Aera suddenly seems confused saying" Where did he..? Wha-what was I doing?"
Panel 3: Interior shot of the Opera House with guests walking up the stairs, including Szelek with the glow of the pendant active.
Panel 4: Szelek holds the pendant, dimming its effect while showing an ogre usher his ticket. The ogre pulls aside the curtains to a box seat for him saying "This way..."
Panel 5: Szelek sits in his box seat with the pendant active again, examining the letter he got with his ticket. Behind him the ogre usher seems confused in the same way Aera was a few minutes ago, looking around like "Where...? What was I doing?"
